These Terms govern your use of getsafehome.com (the "Site"), operated by SafeLease Insurance Services, LLC ("SafeLease"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old. SafeHome manufactured-home coverage is currently offered only in Wisconsin; availability and pricing vary by state and by individual rating factors.

Estimates are not quotes or contracts

Any price shown on the Site is an estimate for informational purposes only. It is not a binding quote, an offer of insurance, or a contract. Estimates are based on limited information and are subject to underwriting, eligibility, applicable rate and form approvals, and final issuance by the insurer. No insurance contract is formed through the Site. Any policy is issued by the insurer (Obsidian Insurance Company) and is governed by the actual policy terms, conditions, and exclusions.

Your information

You agree that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by SafeLease or its licensors and may not be copied or used except as permitted.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site or any estimate will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafeLease will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
