SafeHome is offered by SafeLease Insurance Services, LLC ("SafeLease," "we," "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use getsafehome.com (the "Site") and request a manufactured-home insurance estimate.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: your name, email, phone number, property address and ZIP, details about your home (year built, size, type, manufacturer, ownership), and information about any current insurance.
• Information collected automatically: device and usage data, pages viewed, and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (we use PostHog for product analytics).
• Marketing identifiers: advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters (for example, Google Click ID "gclid" and UTM tags) passed to the Site from ads you interact with.

How we use information

To generate and show insurance estimates; to contact you about your request and about SafeHome products; to operate, measure, and improve the Site and our marketing; and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to measure advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use the Site; analytics data may be processed by these providers on our behalf.

How we share information

We share information with: service providers that perform services for us (such as analytics, hosting, and lead processing); insurers and underwriters (including Obsidian Insurance Company) and licensed agents for the purpose of providing quotes and coverage; advertising and measurement partners to evaluate and improve campaigns; and others as required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for advertising measurement may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under certain state laws; see "Your choices."

Insurance information

Information you provide in connection with an insurance quote is handled consistent with applicable insurance privacy laws (including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and applicable state regulations).

Your choices

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. You can control cookies via your browser. Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain sharing of your personal information; contact us at the address below to exercise them.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.

Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here, and we will not retroactively expand how we use previously collected information without appropriate notice.
